I think you should not worry .. it's probably been my bad luck.
My photo and letter are unusable because they were stuck to each other..letters from the paper were pasted on the photo probably due to contact with water..

She is always good about signing and sending pics, but not with personalizing. I havent seen anything of hers personalized.

She personalized for me back in early 2012 and I sent to where Marina got RTS. There were not many requests at that time I believe. One thing that I notice is that she likes to sign in a dark area of a pic.
