There are no IRCs in my country, what can I do?
There are no IRCs in my country and it's hard for me to buy any countries postage via Web. Is it okay to send cash TTM?

I havent had a Problem with sending cash TTM make sure its in the currency of the country your sending to and make sure its well concelled.
Try and get the lowest amount in notes/bills as its more easier to concell Notes/bills than coins
What i do is i put the notes in a Green envelope and write postage on it and who its from on the back of the envelope then i concel it in my letter and then mention in my letter why ive included cash.
ive had a few requests come back were they used my cash to buy more stamps.
i would include $3USD if writting to America.
You can exchange currency at a Travel agency and Post office.
