O.K to Send Gifts?

I want to send a certain star an artistic gift that I made for them. It's a sort of retrospective of their career. Do stars appreciate gifts?

I don't really want an autograph. Well, I do but I don't think it would be right to take up more of this person's time than they have already given me through their work. I just want this person to know how awesome I think they are. Truly awesome.

You can send a gift, if you want, so long as you keep in mind that some stars do not accept packages because they are considered a security risk. It's also possible that the star will never see it if their mail is opened by someone else, such as an agent or family member.
