What is the success rate of your returns?

So I finally got four photos (each a different celebrity) along with a letter and return envelope with postage. I mailed them out around the last week of February 2021. Today it is the last week of October 2021 (so 8 months) and I have not received a single photo back. I thought I might get at least one back by now. So what is your success rate??
