Hey,

I need to know something, can I send a 8x10 inch photo in a 9.5x13 inch envelope? the envelope is not too big?

Hey,
Yes you can send a 8x10 picture in that envelope, the envelope is bigger than the picture so the picture will be able to fit nicely!!!
