Aretha Franklin -- battling cancer!!

It was a little while back I saw online that Ms. Franklin had cancelled her shows up until spring of next year. Then, I read she's been admitted to the Sinai-Grace hospital here in Detroit to undergo surgery for an "undisclosed illness"--followed up by articles saying that the surgery was a success. YESTERDAY, not only online, but in the news, reports are outbreaking of her having cancer, with only months to live!! Is this really happening to the Queen of Soul??? :cry: Has anyone else heard any updated news on her??

She is in my thoughts :(
