V.V. Question

I will soon be sending out to people V.V., and was wondering if you knew if any of the following people sign V.V.

Kenny Rogers
Willie Nelson
Tanya Tucker

I will be sending everything in a bubble mailer, including a gold marker for them to sign provided my photos are very dark and they might not have a bunch of different markers to use. I thought Brooks & Dunn signed V.V. and tried, but didn't hear anything back. They must be busy on their last Rodeo Tour. Ill try their agency, hopefully they'll answer all remaining fanmail! Thanks in advance for the help!
