Soap Opera stars

Have been trying to get autographs from soap stars from Days of our Lives. I did get Kristen Alfonso's autograph through the Days address. Sent a couple more pics with return envelope to a couple other Days stars and so far nothing back. I would like to get John Aniston, Joe Mascolo, and Thaao Penghlis's autograph. Not sure if I should try the Days address or send the pictures to be autographed to their agents address or the address listed on Fanmail.Biz. Anyone got any ideas as to which is the better idea.
