I sent President Carter on June 6, 2011 and received a response today August 1, 2011. He sent back the letter I sent with a note on the side signed. His staff thought it must have been worth him looking at because something was stapled to it. I didnt do the sse for the return letter, it was sent back in one of his evenlopes with the Atlanta address on it.
