A personalised auto is when the celeb writes "To ____" on it, an authentic auto is simply an autograph that has been signed by the celeb in question

I'm sorry, but I find this a confusing question... Reminds me of the question, "What's the difference between a duck?"

Even a personalized autograph can be authentic. As long as the individual sought after is the one who wrote the personalization and signed his/her name.
