Wrestling Collectors?

Had a mixed TTM day today.

I received my card back "signed" by Vlad Kozlov today, the problem with that is that it appears to have been signed but the auto rubbed off in the envelope so I will have to get this out to him again,

The second was a very cool success from the Honky Tonk Man :

He signed my pickguard that I am going to put on a cheap acoustic guitar for my "prop" wall in my office

i finally got her should be coming this week got her through mail order from signamania wrestling marx great guy gave me 4 autos on my items for 25.00. hopping it doesnt get lost in mail ive had many mis adventures trying to get this diva including a security guard all but taking the cards out of her hand when she was gonna sign them at wrestlemania phx,a convention where i sent my items but some how post office lost it delivered to convention after signing and other mis adventures lol

Yes she arrived today safe and sound and where even personilzed to each kid huge pick up from my 2009 set topps set which leaves me with 10 people to go. with chavo coming off soon thanks to a a super nice promoter letting me have at just 5.00 a pop will be under 10 soon. anybody got any 2009 topps to trade let me know have tons of cards willing to trade even have a couple extra ortons on 2009. my want list beth phoenix x3 mvp x1 maryse x2 michelle mccool x1 hbk x3 hhh x3 undertaker x3 batista x3 cm punk x3 chavo x3pending

"The Beastmaster" Rick Link - 9/19-9/28 - Signed my photo with him, an ic, filled out my q&a on both sides with some great responses AND he wrote a great 2 page letter back. Also included one of those mountain climber clips that people use for their keys.. that has his name on it. lol.. Pretty stoked about this return as he was a great guy a few weeks ago when I met him.

Finally came out of a recent signing rut today and I couldn't be happier honestly. Here we go..

Papa Shango (Godfather) - 9/10-9/29 - Signed my 3 cards.

MASON RYAN(!) - *Via Venue* - Signed my 2 custom photos. I printed out a bunch of these photos MONTHS ago and had a few of them just sitting around waiting for a chance to try and get him. So I thought.. why not and sent them. Darn glad I did. lol..

Deathboy, Thanks bro! i'm kinda bummed about the fandamonium dvd cover though, because Beer Money was supposed to be backstage signing, but they bailed & i REALLY wanted them to sign it, awesome ADR return!

Met Mickie James yesterday

Long story short, I left at 1pm and got home at 11pm. Signing was supposed to be at 5:45pm but due to flight delays and traffic she didnt arrive til almost 7pm (strangely the time it was originally scheduled to finish!). Was queing from around 3:45pm, so was waiting in store for just over 3 hours, which I think is the longest Ive ever queued up?

Funny/stupid moment while waiting - TNA staff got everyone to shout and cheer, and then took photos. Later on when everyone was silent (as Mickie was late and we didnt know why) they randomly decided to FILM this silence. Umm.... no comment??

Anyway once she arrived the obvious fear was that she'd race through everybody ASAP due to how late she was, but nothing further from the truth. She took time with everyone, signed anything and everything, posed for photos, and chatted to everyone as well. Considering the 24 hours she'd had before the signing (party last night in Glasgow and someone apparently adding Whiskey to her drinks...) it was a big surprise.

She signed my 3 photos, and one of the photocards they were handing out, and posed for a photo with, which thanks to a helpful member of staff, came out a lot better than what would've been me trying to take it myself :p Will upload the photo of us when I find the cable to connect to PC...

And after laughing at the first photo she signed, she successfully managed to guess the two reasons I liked it.... "the splits?.... and my butt" :hilarious:

Overall best celeb experience Ive ever had and wouldnt hesistate at another 10 hour round trip to do it all again
