Does anybody know if the Nintendo DS Electiric Blue screens lights up? I am thinking of getting one and I want one with screens that lights up. Thanks!

Depends what you mean by lights up. I've got one and the light is just like a computer monitor or tv. Both the screens light like that but it depends what you really mean by lights. Write back on this defining what you mean and I'll reply.

I think it means that you can see it in the dark, like on the gameboy's you couldn't see the screen if the room was dark, but yes the ds does light up

The DS Lite is.

Just to repeat what everyone has said: the DS does have two backlit screens. The new Nintendo DS Lite, however, is smaller and it's backlight is up to four times brighter.
