I haven't sent it yet. But there hasn't been any feedback since the 10th of February. Also, people are saying they sent theirs in September but they haven't got a reply. Should I wait for the next feedback or should I send it now? I'm sending a LOR, photo and SASE and I'm in the UK

Yes I think you should send your letter. I sent myne in November and got it back by December 1st ish. If you send it now you may just get it back in time for his next lot of signings but he may be filming or something at the moment. It is a waiting game. But he is likely to reply soon.
