I got back from Duggan but took like 2 and a half or 3 months. I heard Cole is a good signer but I got an autograph of him from someone in a trade.

Kozlov's address is in the forum. Most people here sent and got back some time ago before you came along in the forum which is why he has not cropped up in the forum for some time. He is a good signer, that's if he still signs.
