I included a letter, SASE, & $3...judging by the stamp I seems I may have short changed him a buck or so.

I'm not sure if you HAVE to send a picture...but I always feel it increases your odds dramatically with anybody you write to if you send them an item to sign. Makes it much easier on them & most don't mind taking a minute to sign.
