Every time I write to this English football club, they send me a squad poster and an offical brochure. any 1 has a different experience?

I think thats the response you'll always get via a club in general. Your best bet if probably to them directly (via their own website) or via an agent. You can find a lot of agent email addresses via the link below

I'm waiting for Park J-S, Cech, Gerrard and Tim Howard from them.....the admin emailed me telling me to expect a lengthy wait for the Gerrard one as they've totally run out. Of the others i've heared nothing, however I only emailed over this last week.
