Daniel Radcliffe doesn't sign vv ;/ He usually sends only pre prints if you write to Leavesden Studios. But if he is filming something new, you can try send him a request.

Thanks for help! I sent him a request for PP picture at Leavesden studio address and i'm still waiting for replay. I would like to have his authentic autograph because he's my favorite actor. He is filming Harry Potter and Deathly Hallows part II now i think. If you know other addresses please let me know.

He doesn't sign via HP set as far as I know...I think the letters are forwarded to his agency.
But you will have a chance soon, he's going to have a play on Broadway. I don't know the date of the play yet ;)
