I have a strange question. Does all mail come back to a sender if you place a return address on envelope? Example a celebrity leaves that agency or venue and you sent a item to be signed, would it come back? There is something that I have sent awhile ago and I now noticed on the forum that the address was changed and I never got it returned so I was wondering. Sorry it's a little long.

if u sent it a while ago and it just recently became a RTS address you won't get the letter back. If you sent to an address like yesterday and today it was a RTS then you wold get it back

O.K. Thanks. It's kind of disappointing and a little upsetting. I will have to try again with another address but I don't think I'll be sending anything in the future..

Sometimes if you've sent a request but the address has only recently been reported as RTS, there's still a chance of reply.

It's possible that the celebrity has taken all their mail with them, but no guarantees. There are some instances in which mail has come back as RTS a long time after one has sent it, or you may receive a reply
