Via Venue question

I have been collecting for quite a while but not sent anything via venue. I am thinking,of sending to a star of a panto production. What are other peoples success rates like with this? Do panto performers have a decent reply rate? I would like to know as I will be sending a couple of photos. Any feedback appreciated.
