How many US Forever Stamps I need on a letter from US to Poland ( Europe ) ?
3 photos 6x8 (A5), envelope is the same size.

I send the same size photos and envelopes. You could either use 1 98C International stamp or 3 44C forever stamps I think. I use 1 98C forever stamp per envelope which I get from a dealer on here. Hope that helps.

I usually just go to my local post office when sending international and ask them for a stamp for sending to that specific location. Not sure the calculations for the regular stamps. Probably 2-3.
