Hey,

I want too send to Kristin Chenoweth and Annaleigh Ashford. Since post offices don't sell IRC'S anymore(Boo!) and I don't buy Stamps, IRC'S online, etc....as I am only 16...what shall I do?? Help?? I am from the UK

UK Post Office's do still sell IRC's, but they can be hard to find plus half the Post Office staff don't know what they are. You'd be best trying the largest Post Office you can.

I've tried and failed to get IRC where I live, (a big town with three very big post offices in easy travelling distance). I imagine they are a pain in the bottom for celebs to use as well, having to queue up in a post office to send a letter back, apart from being a very expensive way of buying postage for the person paying for it. Although they do seem to work if you can get them.

If you know anyone who's going to the States, you could slip them a few quid and ask them to pick up some Forever stamps while they're there. They work like our unpriced 1st and 2nd class stamps, if the prices go up their value goes up as well. The friend I collared to get some for me picked them up in a little corner shop, just like they sell books of stamps in the UK, so no-one should have to go out of their way to find them.

Or talk someone into buying IRCs online for you?

At 16 you should have a debit card so sign up for PayPal. Then you can buy american stamps through members on here.

You're best bet would to be to try and purchase some US stamps from someone on this forum; if you have a debit card (just a normal bank card) then you can set up a paypal account.

Either that or you can ask your parents to pay via paypal?
