I have no idea what kind of shopping options are available in the UK, but if you know of anyplace that sells office supplies, they should have them there.

In my work we use a company called Caley Print for our stationery, I've linked you to what we order in, they're copy safe (won't lift ink from documents) and are acid free:-
http://www.caleyprint.com/officerange_frm.htm (search the site for: 5 Star Folder Plastic Copy-safe 90 Micron A4 Clear [Pack 100])
I'm not sure if Caley Print ONLY deliver to companies or not but it's worth a try.
I've heard that WH Smith stock acid free one's but I've never bothered to look.
Hope you manage to find some

Depends on what size and hardness you are looking for. Try going to a comic book store or sports hobby store if there are any in your area. You would be more likely to find what you are looking for. If they don't stock it ask them if they can order it for you. You can also check on eBay for supplies as well and compare prices. I'd stay away from the office supply stores since the stuff they sell isn't generally as good as what you would find in a hobby store. But that's just me.
