Help!some problem here!!!

I come from Hong Kong.I want to have the autograph of Al Pacino,so I decided to write a letter to him and request it.But I have some problem here,Do I need to to place the IRC in to the return envelope?and If I want Pacino to sign " Dear ~~" in the photo that I request him to sign,what should I do??Please Help :( !!!!

Sorry to inform you but Pacino doesn't sign authentically through the mail. All requests come back signed by someone on his staff....they are secretarial signatures.
