Quentin Tarantino-Is he a good in-person signer?

Hey everyone
Mr.Tarantino will be here in Chicago August 18th & REALLY would like to add his autograph to my Pulp Fiction poster.
Has anyone had any luck getting him to sign?
Is he a difficult one to get?

Any help would be awesome!

I have heard he's very hard to get IP. Why will he be in Chicago? Where did you read this, or hear about it?
