What type of stamps do i use?

Can i use global forever stamps on the smaller envelope when i'm sending a sase from the U.S. to the U.K.? Or do i need stamps from the U.K. on the small one? Plz halp

On the envelope TO the U.K. Celebrity you can put global forever stamps.

On the SASE FROM the UK Star you need U.K. Stamps.
