I'll be sending a LOR and an SASE to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for some autographs. How many IRCs would I need to include? The envelope size that I am using is a 6x9 envelope (It's half the size of a piece of printing paper)... Thanks!

I always include 2-3 IRCs wherever in the world I send, and honestly, I've had no problem with it. Where are you from? I think 3 will be fine, if you're just sending like that.
