Can I print this photo and send it?

Hey all,

Can I print any photo from the internet even if there's a Fox sign behind the celebrity? I know you answer me that but I'm worry about it and I don't want to send a photo to the celebrity and not get it back because of the copyrighted stuff, do you think the celebrity would sign any photo? would she mind to sign on this kind of photo:

Hey! Ive sent photos where a celebs got writing in he background (like Fox) and they've still signed it!
