I live in Toronto and I know that TIFF Bell Lightbox does not pass fan mail to the celebrities since the celebrities don't stay for long, they just attend the red carpet, watch the film, and then leave. The only way if you wanted to get an autograph is if you actually go to Toronto International Film Festival! Better luck next time
