HELLO! I am new and I need help.

Hi, I am 17 years old and I am very new to this whole autograph collecting thing. My girlfriend's birth day is coming up on 17th of October and she is a HUGE/CRAZY Rihanna fan :O I love my girl friend sooo much and I want to get an autograph or something like "He loves you soo much Roshni (That's her name)" written by Rihanna. I know that I have time but I thought Rihanna would be a very busy person. I think this would be a great surprise for her and I know that she will be sooo happy I love it when she is happy.
But I don't know how to do it. Do I send it off to a venue or those other addresses. I live in UK and I don't know if she will reply to me and send it over international mail :S I have to send it off to America so I am not sure.
So please help me. I have found three addresses. And do you think they are updated? Do i just write a letter explaining my girlfriend situation? Help Thanks soooo much
