Sent to Scott Valentine on 10/24/18 and got them back today. I sent two pages with 2 photos each. He signed all 4. He also wrote a nice note on my letter.

Still can't upload photos. Not sure why.

I wish that I could. I don't know why both Uploads.IM and SurfMyPictures.com have stopped loaded my photos. I don't know of any other way to do it.
