I met Robbie Coltrane after a discussion event at the Traverse Theatre, Edinburgh on 22/3/2011. He signed the photo but seemed convinced I would put it on eBay ! It is now part of a growing treasured collection.

Congrats! Lol he seems to think everyone is an ebayer. Who knows, maybe most are?

I bet most people are. So he's smart to only sign for certain people.

If most people are , it's only the fact that he only signs for a few that will keep the price of signed pix up - if he signed for everybody , nobody would need to pay for one

I have seen dealers charging over $60 for Amanda Seyfried

Maybe , there are always people who can't or won't do a stage door or signing show , so there are always people who would have to pay - but most of us collectors would rather have a signed IP one than a bought one , and dealers would eventually be too poor to get photos to get signed

There is just such a huge worldwide demand for autos that I don't think there can ever be too much supply.
