I sent an email to her ex-manager asking where I should send my request (this was about a year ago). The email address was on Delta's official site, and the official site of her management, so it was a valid email. I got a reply from Vibica who gave me an address and told me that she would watch for my request. Within a month I got this back (the ablum cover I sent) :

The problem is that I am not sure if she was actually in australia when I sent my request.

Yes that address would work for them i was lucky enough to go to the voice last friday had the best time and i actually got to meet ricky, delta, joel and seal i got there private addresses which i wish not to release because of there privacy but i have the address to where all of them are staying but i might give this address ago to try delta good luck
