James Scott Hunter (born November 19, 1947) is an American former professional football player who was a quarterback in the National Football League (NFL) for eight seasons in the 1970s. He played college football for the Alabama Crimson Tide.

Buffalo Bills (1974)
Atlanta Falcons (1976–1978)
Detroit Lions (1979)
