Actually I use a computer program called 'Greeting Card factory Express' and I add graphics and borders along with text to really make them look more cooler than a plain card. You can check out my site to see examples of what I've done:

I get 90% of my photos online and take them to wal-mart and print them off. Others I get out of magazines and my custom index cards I make my self, hence the Custom part! :lol:

Thank you! That's what I do! I figure the same... they won't care as much about a tiny note as to a letter :)

Also, where do you get your pictures? Online or in books/magazines?

I always take the time and write a handwritten letter. I use 8x11 paper and fill in both sides. {up} It shows them that writing I'm because I'm a fan and not just wanting an autograph. If a celeb sees just a tiny note saying 'sign this to [your name] thanks' they'll most likely just toss it in the trash.

I was wondering when you send out a request to someone for an autograph do you write a note or letter to them or do you just send the picture and ask for the person to sign it? In some of mine, I actually wrote a short letter and now I'm wondering if the person will even read my letter. I know some will and some wont. It will probably save me lots of time by not writing a letter, though. :)
