have you sent to him before? his wife keeps a list of everyone who sends to him. if you try to get multiple items signed she'll send them back to you RTS

On 11/15/12, I send a letter, photo and SASE to Chuck Bednarik. On 12/5/12 the envelope came back RTS. I used the addy in the database. Disappointed with this one, but I think he has been having some health issues.
