I think it has to do with X-mas. She may be home in Tennessee for the holiday and signed what came in the mail then.
You have a good theory. She signed what was given to her and her secretary took care of the rest that she didn't get to. That's the only thing I can think of that would make sense.

I wonder If it's a secretary or a family member. Since it's to a po box in Tennessee and that's where Jennifer and her family live.
