Did you ever find a better address for John Noble? I've just bought the same picture as i've been rewatching fringe, his acting is a masterpiece.
Not sure if i'll get one to the US Severance address in time

Just to add some of my research:
The current address (Tri-booking management) - looks to be last active in 2022, showing events that John turned up to. The website itself is dead. So it looks like that is probably a no go.
His agent, as best i can tell, MN2S, wont forward fanmail.
An old twitter post shows he found a load of fan mail in 2019 at home in Sydney, which he was going to sign:
