Sent SASE along with picture in the month of November 2016. Got back my pictures unsigned along with a letter that shes busy to sign personalised pictures due to her schedule and they enclosed a lovely pre signed picture.
happy with this as she definitely would have been busy but was kind enough to send a pre signed than an autopen or printed card.
