A simple search of the forum you'll find numerous successes from athletes. Use the search bar at the top of the page.

And I severely doubt you're a fan of every single MLB, NBA, WWE and TNA athlete, so thats not a problem.
Search for who you're a fan of. If you dont find feedback for them, try the address and see if you get lucky. If theres no address, ask for one in the "Request an address" forum.

Then search for people. No one is going to give a list of people who sign, as that just results in people spamming their addresses to pad their collection, whether theyre a fan or not. Also makes it easier for dealers.
