I send a letter and a SAE on 3 September 2007
Recived a signed picture on 3 December 2007.
He didn´t use my SAE and on his envelope he but my address both as sender & reciver & didn´t put a stamp on it so because it was my address on it twice I gues it came to me even if the envelope was stamped with returned for postage
