Hi guys

Thanks for co-ordinating all the voting for allocation of the Trainees in the Moderators Forum {thumb2}

Unfortunately, a lot of the same people have been nominated by each team (30 Trainees in total have been identified as preferable). I had a feeling that this would be the case, but it has allowed us to draw up a list of the 30 most desirable Trainees

So, I think the fairest way to deal with this now, is to divide these 30 between our 10 Global teams (giving you three "preferables" each - math really is my strong point )

As for the rest of the Trainees, I will randomly divide these up between you all if that is OK? I will post the revised teams in this forum just for you all to take note, and then you can all add the new members to your own "Meeting Room" lists in the Moderators forum.

If you could then PM your trainees and let them know they are on your team, I will get their rank labels adjusted soon as possible

Thanks for bearing with us. I am sure this scheme will pay off, and I know by giving you senior guys a bit more control over the moderators we can get some order back into the boards {whip}

Hi guys

Here is my proposed list of Trainee Moderator placements. I have spread the favourites out so as to make it fair, and I have tried to allocate each Global Moderator with at least some of their chosen Trainees

Please have a look through, and if you are happy, please add a post to tell me, and add them to your team list in the moderators forum. I will then get the ranks of the Trainees changed to reflect their new Team.
