Total Time - 13 days.

Sent Dido a letter to the address in the database (Nettwerk...) and received 2 signed black & white photos "love Dido XX". Good success but just a heads up they send back in their own envelopes. A S.A.S.E was wasted this time around and that stinks (you'd think they'd atleast send it back with the photos).

The U.S.A one that is Nettwerk something or another.
I've learned that writing to a person personally it's best to send a S.A.S.E but agencies sometimes use their own envelope for whatever reason (Wes Craven sends back in his own envelope). The only time over the years I've got a success back that wasn't in my envelope was from writing to someone via their agent or a company/business of sorts. Some of them will use a S.A.S.E though. Just depends but it does make me feel bad to know 3 stamps and an envelope probably were thrown into someones trash can. I'm not going to whine over them not sending the photos in mine or sending the S.A.S.E back with the pics though because I got two autographs that look authentic and that's great!
