who you weren't a fan of? Does your collection contain celebrities you barely know about? I'd like to hear your input on this. Do you think it's okay to write someone you recognize but barely know? Or do you think it's wrong?

I wouldn't.. I mean I think you should write to people your really admire:) hehe!! Well thats just my opinion:P Would you write to someone you werent a fan of??

I don't and I never would. If you got an autograph in the mail of someone you didn't really like it wouldn't excite you as much as if you got someone you really admired. Plus I kind of feel that people who do that just do that to boost their collection. The only exception to that for me would be if some a-list celeb such as Tom Cruise started sending out authentics through the mail. I'm not a huge fan of him but the chances of me ever getting an authentic autograph of his would be slim if I didn't write him at the time that he was sending out authentics. But other than that I would never write someone I didn't really like.

I only write to people who I admire, but I think I'd consider writing to other people who I didn't know if I was collecting for charity or something.
