Hmm... I was just getting ready to send him a letter myself cuz I'm trying to collect autographs from Scottish actors.
I have no idea if he will respond, but I've noticed that a lot of people do NOT have success when sending stuff to ICM (usually the CA ICM, not London ICM), but it's worth a try.

PS: Maybe if you know which studio his Late Night show is filmed at, you could send a letter there. That's how it works with Jay Leno & I had a quick reply from him.

I found this address for the Late, Late Show. Don't know if it work or not, though.
