This is going to sound very sceptical, but i've seen videos of them signing at the OOTP premiere and they do it so so quickly...there is no way emma would have had time to write her whole name with the speed she was going at. I don't know about rupert but i think emma only wrote an 'E' with a short squiggle after it at the premiere.
