Nico Rosberg RTS

Sent a LOR, 2 4x6 photos, SAE, IRC to Rosberg Office in Monaco in early March. Got the letter back today and said "Addressee unknown at marked address". I used the following address (same as database) and I'm sure I did wrote the correct address. Does anyone could kindly tell me what's wrong? Many thanks!
