Hey y'all,

I am a HUGE Barbara Mandrell fan! I own all of her recordings and was fortunate enough to see her live performance several times before she retired. I am also a fan of her acting career. On 10/31/2006, I sent a LONG letter to Ms. Mandrell and told her the story of my friend, Ken Turner, who was an even bigger fan than I. Mr. Turner passed away last April and left me his entire and extensive Barbara Mandrell collection.

This would have to rank in my top 5 favorites. The more thoughtful the artist is in their signature, the more it means to me, though I am happy with ANY success, when they personalize it so sweetly, you really know they actually read your letter. That means a lot considering how busy celebrities stay.
