Mary Costa failure?

Hello! I sent Mary Costa a LOR, one photo, a drawing done by my sibling, and a SASE.
Looking through other posts on this site I expected to receive it back after two weeks - that seemed to be the average according to those successes. However, it's actually been a month and I've been wondering when it will come back. Do you think it's fine?
