sent a LOR and 1 photo to the address in the database on 23/08/15

Today received the photo back unsigned, with a note saying "due to work commitments photos cannot be signed at the moment" but the was a different signed photo in the envelope (in honestly is a better quality photo than i had sent so actually very happy)
