I recently got a tweet back from one of the guys working Agent Carter. He said the fan mail address is being changed. I'll post as soon as I know something

Geoffrey Colo, who works behind the scenes for both shows announced today that this would be the new fan mail address for Agent Carter and Agents of SHIELD
